STAGE 1: TEAM & INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS
FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES

- Sponsor plaques and/or coaching gifts available
SAVE THE DATE
- Choose your picture day
- Set re-shoot date if necessary
- Triple Play will provide orders for each team prior to event
ON PHOTO DAY
- Offer various individual picture packages
- Offer magnets, buttons, magazine covers, etc.
- Production Turnaround 3-4 Weeks
- Triple Play can distribute photo and answer any questions.
STAGE 2: ACTION PHOTOS / POSTERS
SAVE THE DATE
- On a 2nd date Triple Play will shoot action photos
- We can also shoot re-do’s on this date
ACTION PHOTOS
- Each team and athlete will be shot equally
- Photos can be viewed immediately afterwards
- Photos can also be viewed on the internet
POSTERS / COLLAGES
- Parents can design their poster order after their game
- Every poster are customized to parents’ wishes
- Posters include athlete name, team & league name, plus team colors
POSTER TURNAROUND
- Poster take 4-6 weeks
- All poster orders are mailed to each parent
STAGE 3: TEAM COLLAGE / ALL-STARS / TOURNAMENTS
TEAM COLLAGE
- Triple Play can design team collages on request
- Great coach’s presents
ALL-STAR TEAMS
- Triple Play will cover all of your all-star teams
- Action Posters and Team collages will be offered
TOURNAMENTS
- If your organization hosts any tournaments, Triple Play can offer its action poster service
- Product turnaround is 4-6 weeks
- All products are mailed directly to the parents
